  MHT CET is an entrance test conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education to rank 12th-standard students for admission to bachelor’s programs. The board oversees counseling to allot seats to students in government and private colleges based on their performance in the exam and corresponding cut-off ranks for programs. Mode of examination MHT CET is a computer-based test conducted in two shifts. The first shift begins at 9 AM, with the last entry from candidates allowed at 08:45, and concludes at noon.
